How do you appeal a Power of Attorney order?

Canadian Law::: How does an individual who has been issued a certificate of incapacity and an order of committeeship (subsequently a power of attorney, too) appeal those orders after they have been instated?

1. The same way you do it in America. You don't. you go straight to a lawyer. Do not pass go and do not collect 200 dollars. Seriously, you can't fight it on your own. The system is far too complicated for regular folks to even begin to understand. In fact I'd be willing to bet less than 2% of the population of Canada(America too actually) would even know where to go in the courthouse to even file the papers, much less what papers to file. It won't be cheap either. And unless something drastic has happened to change the circumstances that resulted in the orders to begin with you are almost guaranteed to lose.
