Its three business days for Attorney Review but is there a time like 12 midnight to 12 midnight?
I know the Attorney Review starts on the first business day and is three days unless changes, my question is...is there a time? Does it start from 9 am to 9 am on first full business day or 12 am to 12 am?

- This may be something that would need to be determined in a court, but in logical terms you might look at it in the following way: A "business day" is what is customarily a complete day in which business is conducted. "Business Hours" are normally 9am to 5pm in many areas, so you have until the end of business on the third business day. If you have 3 business days to consider something you would have three complete days so if your contract was signed on a Monday, you'd have Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday to review it. Any objection would have to be presented at the start of the 4th day, to be within the terms stated. In the United States of America, a work day is referred to as a weekday, not including Saturday and Sunday.
